The change over
We understand the worry of changing and introducing new systems into your business, but with Freshware it’s easy. For all installations we provide a project manager to ensure a smooth transition over to the new system and, on top of this, we also provide you with an implementer.

The implementer is an individual who has in-depth experience of your industry, having spent years in senior positions within it. Their job is to ensure nothing is overlooked, liaising directly with your own system administrator.

The project manager will assess the functions and procedures that need to be carried out in order to have the system running effectively. They will then carry these out to a planned schedule that has been agreed by you.

Converting businesses to Freshware seamlessly can usually be done within normal working hours. However in certain circumstances, when implementation cannot occur alongside the daily running of your business, then we can install the system overnight.

Learning the ropes
You have a brand new system that can make daily management of the business far easier, but you need to know how to use it. Your designated project manager will determine how much training is required for each staff member; some individuals may need an in-depth knowledge, others may only require an overall idea. Training sessions will then be organised by the project manager and as soon as a start date has been decided, the schedule will be agreed in detail and implemented.

There when you need us
Once installation has been completed, Freshware staff don’t just disappear. If you have a problem, we offer telephone and online diagnostic support Monday to Friday during normal office hours. However, out-of-office hours support is always available if you need it.
